Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation
Monday, October 16, 2017
Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation in the Butterfly House will help you relax with nature's beauty.
Tibetan singing bowls are a form of harmonic sound thearpy. The sound vibrations from the bowls work with the energy in the brain and body, reducing stress, tension, and anxiety. Heart rate and blood pressure are lowered and the breath slows to a relaxed state so the body can begin to self heal.
Come experience the blissful sensations of the Tibetan singing bowls in the tropical atmosphere of the Flight Room at the Sertoma Butterfly House.
Join us the first Monday of the month at 5:00 for Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation. $10 per session; $5 for members and volunteers.
Singing Bowl sessions are led by Deb Yoder, certified Harmonic Sound Therapist.
*Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation is on the first Monday of every month, starting October 5.
